Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £75

​

A collection pack for the inclusions will be posted first class when an order is placed and should arrive within 1-2 working days.

A stamped addressed box is enclosed to post the inclusions to us.​

​

Orders are completed within 7-14 days of receiving the ashes.

This excludes ring orders as these can take slightly longer depending on stock availability however, most ring orders will be still be available within 14 days of receiving the ashes, hair of fur.

Finished orders are sent using 24 hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail or via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Whispers in Time, we take great care in creating each piece of memorial jewellery.

We hope you will love your order, but if you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Eligibility

  • Non-personalised jewellery and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery providing they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery, including items containing ashes, hair, or fur, are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. 

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@whispersintime.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will confirm the return instructions and return address.

 

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition, unless faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, return shipping will be covered by us.

  • If you are returning a non-faulty, non-personalised item, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
