How to Order Memorial Ashes Jewellery
Step 1 - Choose your Memorial Ashes Jewellery
Ordering your memorial ashes jewellery is simple and can be completed securely through our website.

Browse our memorial collections to find the perfect piece to honour your loved one. Once you’ve chosen your design, you can place your order online in just a few steps.

Step 2 - Send the
inclusions to us
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a carefully prepared ashes collection kit.
Your kit includes everything you need:

A labelled bag for your loved one’s ashes or hair

A small spoon for handling

A stamped addressed envelope for safe return
We only require one teaspoonful of ashes (or two teaspoonfuls for up to 6 pieces of jewellery).
Or a small lock of hair.

Any ashes not used will always be returned to you with your completed memorial jewellery. We post all orders using a signed and tracked service which is fully insured.
Step 3 - Creating your Memorial Jewellery
As soon as your loved one’s ashes arrive, we will confirm safe receipt by email for your peace of mind.

Each piece of memorial ashes jewellery is handcrafted with the utmost care and respect from our Scottish studio.
​
Your jewellery will normally be completed within approximately 14 days of receiving the ashes. If we have longer completion times during busy periods, this will be displayed before you place your order.
​
Every piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that your loved one’s ashes have been carefully set within your jewellery.
Step 4 - Receiving your Jewellery
Once your memorial jewellery is complete, it will be beautifully presented in one of our luxury gift boxes and prepared for dispatch.

You will receive email updates to let you know when your order is ready and when to expect delivery.
