Once the ashes are received, most jewellery pieces should be with you within 14 days but please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.

Please allow 4 weeks for rings to be made, but in most cases they will be finished within 2 weeks.

Yes! Hair or pet fur can be set inside each pendant instead of ashes. We can also add both hair and ashes to any of the designs.

We only need one small teaspoonful of ashes to create 2/3 pieces or 2 teaspoonfuls for up to 6 pieces.

When an order is placed, a collection pack will be posted to you. The pack includes everything you need to send us the inclusions and includes a pre-paid stamped addressed box.

All unused hair or fur will be returned to you with the finished piece of jewellery

You will be sent a confirmation email on the day the ashes are received to let you know they have arrived safely.

After your jewellery piece is created, all remaining ashes will be returned to you with your finished jewellery. All jewellery orders are posted through Royal Mail and the jewellery is fully tracked and insured.

Don't worry if you do not know you ring size when ordering as a ring sizer can be posted to you when your order is received.

We follow strict protocols when the ashes are received with us. Strictly one order is created at a time. Each workspace is thoroughly cleaned and sterilised between creating each piece of jewellery to avoid cross contamination.

When your ashes arrive, the pack will be placed into a labelled bag with your name and order details. They are then placed into a locked safe for safekeeping until it is time to create your jewellery piece.

Any leftover ashes will be returned to you with your finished piece.

Each piece of jewellery will come with a Certificate of Authenticity to confirm that the piece holds your loved ones ashes.

Most of our beautiful memorial jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver and we have a few pieces made with Stainless Steel. The inclusions are set in a very special jewellers resin.

We have a unique process when creating the memorial stone and are very proud of it! Our jewellery is durable, hard wearing and crystal clear. Unlike glass it will not smash or crack.
